The framework traces back to a Clown Presence workshop led by Pedro Fabião in Latvia, 2019. What sounded playful turned out to be about truth, not comedy.
Yasmine Helal carried that work out of the studio and into the boardroom mapping clown presence onto how leaders actually behave under pressure.

Pedro FabiãoInternational clown, director, trainer and psychologist. Graduated in physical theatre at École Philippe Gaulier (Paris) and clinical psychology at Coimbra University. Led Portugal's largest professional clown organisation for several years and trained 500+ clowns across 25+ countries; Artistic Council member of the Theodora Fondation.
